Ward Talk Scheduler and Statistics

This spreadsheet rotates/schedules talks for those who have leadership positions or other speaking positions. It also provides a History tab with statistics so you can find out which members haven't spoken for a long time or may have been forgotten. Special thanks to Adam Brown (AU) for his collaboration in designing this.

Here is an Excel/OpenOffice spreadsheet to import ward birthdays into a "Birthday" calendar into a 3rd-party calendar, such as calendar.google.com (private, not public):

Images/Clipart

There are some at mormonshare.com and lds.about.com, but the best images I've found are at newsroom.lds.org (the search tool) and at images.lds.org. Their terms of service allows for home/church use. For generic clipart consider openclipart.org. For a "creativecommons" search of web images licensed for sharing, enter your search item at search.creativecommons.org and then click on the tab for Filkr.

Newsletter Email Manager
If you need a free program to send email/newsletters over a period of time so as to remain within your SMTP provider's service limits, you can use GroupMail from group-mail.com.
Another option is just to use Gmail which can send to 500 recipients at once. For privacy, you can send  to yourself and BCC all of the others.

MLS Companion Database
